The Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank has invited its shareholders to attend the 40th Annual General Assembly Meeting on 7th March 2024, 5:00 pm at the ADCB Head Office Building. The meeting can be attended physically or remotely, with online registration opening on 6th March 2024. If a quorum is not met, a second meeting will be held on 18th March 2024. The agenda includes approval of the bank's 2023 activities and financial statements, reports of external auditors, re-appointment of the Internal Sharia Supervisory Committee, approval of the audited balance sheet, and a proposal to distribute cash dividends of 0.56 AED per share.
