The letter was addressed to the Disclosures and Compliance Section of the Market Operations Surveillance Department at the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange. A copy of the letter was also sent to Dr. Maryam Butti Al Suwaidi, CEO of the Securities & Commodities Authority (SCA). The letter was signed by Rami Raslan, Group Company Secretary of ADCB.
