Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH) has announced a partnership with Kempinski Hotels to rebrand two of its most prestigious properties in Dubai. Effective from January 1, 2024, the Address Boulevard and The Address Dubai Mall will operate under the Kempinski Hotels brand. The rebranding initiative aims to elevate the luxury hospitality landscape in the region. The CEO of ADNH, Khalid Anib, expressed his delight at the partnership, stating that Kempinski's strong track record makes it an ideal partner for this venture. Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH) has announced a partnership with Marriott International to rebrand three iconic hotels in Dubai. The initiative aims to enhance the luxury hospitality landscape in the region. Starting from January 1, 2024, ADNH will operate these properties under the brands of JW Marriott and Autograph Collection Hotels. The hotels to be rebranded include JW Marriott Hotel Marina (formerly The Address Dubai Marina), Hotel Boulevard, Autograph Collection (formerly Vida Downtown Dubai Hotel), and The Heritage Hotel, Autograph Collection (formerly Manzil Downtown Dubai Hotel).

Abu Dhabi National Hotels and Emaar Hospitality Group have agreed to transfer the management of five hotels from Emaar Hospitality Group to Abu Dhabi National Hotels, effective from 1st January 2024. The hotels are Address Boulevard, Address Dubai Mall, Address Dubai Marina, Vida Downtown, and Manzil Downtown.
