Resolution No. 301 of 2024 announces a temporary suspension of trading for the shares of Emirates Insurance Co. This suspension is due to coincide with a Board of Directors meeting on 28-Feb-2024 at 11:00. The trading will be suspended from 09:00 on the same day until the meeting results are received. The resolution also instructs all department heads at ADX to execute this resolution in their respective fields and circulate it to SCA, the concerned company, all departments at ADX, and all brokers accredited by ADX. Resolution No. (243) of 2023 temporarily suspends trading of Emirates Insurance Co. shares on the ADX due to a board meeting scheduled at the same time as the trading session.
