The General Assembly meeting for Eshraq Investments PJSC, which was initially scheduled for Thursday, 01/Feb/2024, was postponed due to lack of quorum. The adjourned meeting is now set to take place on Thursday, 08/Feb/2024, at 11:00 AM. The location of the meeting is Eshraq H.Q in Abu Dhabi, with options for audio and video call attendance and e-registration for voting. The postponed meeting will be deemed valid regardless of the percentage of shares present or represented in the meeting.

Resolution No. 272 of 2024 has temporarily suspended trading of ESHRAQ INVESTMENTS P.J.S.C shares on ADX. The suspension is due to the company's AGM taking place at the same time as the trading session on 8th February 2024. Trading will be halted from 09:00 on that day until the AGM results are received by ADX. The resolution instructs all department heads at ADX to execute this decision in their respective fields and circulate the resolution to SCA, the concerned company, all departments at ADX, and all brokers accredited by ADX. Mr. Wafik Ben Mansour, a non-executive and non-independent member, was appointed on 19/01/2024. His membership will end on the date of the General Assembly which will meet to elect a new Board of Directors for the company during the discussion of the financial results for the year 2023. The appointment will be confirmed at the next General Assembly.

On January 19, 2024, the Board of Directors of Eshraq Investments PJSC will pass a resolution to accept the resignation of Mr. Ajit Joshi from the Board of Directors and appoint his replacement.
