His membership will end on the date of the General Assembly which will meet to elect a new Board of Directors for the company during the discussion of the financial results for the year 2023. The appointment will be confirmed at the next General Assembly.

On January 19, 2024, the Board of Directors of Eshraq Investments PJSC will pass a resolution to accept the resignation of Mr. Ajit Joshi from the Board of Directors and appoint his replacement.
