The meeting can be attended in person at DoubleTree by Hilton Resort Marjan Island – Ras Al Khaimah or virtually via video teleconference. The agenda includes appointing a secretary and vote collector for the meeting, reviewing and approving the company's financial reports for the fiscal year ended on 31-12-2023, discharging the board members and auditors, and considering proposals related to profit distribution, board fees, and auditor appointment.
