MBME Group P.J.S.C., based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, has released the auditor's review report on its condensed interim financial information for the period ending June 30, 2024.

The General Assembly Meeting of M B M E GROUP P.J.S.C. was held on Thursday, April 4, 2024, at the company headquarters in Abu Dhabi. The meeting was chaired by H.E.
