MBME Group has signed a collaboration agreement with the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ADCCI). The agreement is aimed at providing digital solutions, innovative technology services, and sustainability-focused APIs. The collaboration will focus on strategic partnerships, advisory and consultations, and strengthening relationships with the Environment Agency, Abu Dhabi, and the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment. The signing took place at the Abu Dhabi Finance Week, attended by MBME Group MD & CEO Mr. Abdelhadi Mohamed and ADDCI’s CEO His Excellency Ahmed Khalifa Al Qubaisi.

MBME Pay, a payment services provider and part of the MBME Group, has partnered with Wasl Properties, a renowned real estate and property management company in Dubai. MBME has developed and launched a unique real estate platform that includes custom smart self-service kiosks, comprehensive software applications, and hosting services. The self-service kiosk is user-friendly and specifically designed to meet the needs of Wasl Properties. MBME is also responsible for hosting the developed applications to ensure reliable and secure access.

MBME Pay Payment Services Provider, a company under MBME Group, has signed an agreement with the Department of Tourism Development in Ajman. The agreement is aimed at developing an application for Ajman Museum tickets via smart kiosks. This partnership will also allow the Department of Tourism Development to benefit from the comprehensive services provided by MBME Pay, thereby improving the level of services offered to its customers.

MBME Pay Payment Services Provider, a part of the MBME Group, has signed an agreement with First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) to distribute the bank's government prepaid cards. This partnership aims to utilize the digital solutions and comprehensive channels provided by MBME Pay to reach a larger customer segment and improve service quality. The agreement marks a significant milestone in MBME Group's evolution.

The Managing Director of MBME Group PJSC, Abdelhadi Mohamed, sent a letter to the Disclosure and Compliance Section of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange on 27th October 2023. The letter states that the company's Board of Directors held a meeting on 26th October 2023. During the meeting, they approved the new formation of committees and their charters. They also considered and approved resolutions concerning other general internal business matters.
