The National Bank of Ras Al-Khaimah (P.S.C.) has released its review report and condensed consolidated interim financial information for the period from 1 January 2024 to 30 June 2024.

Resolution No. 418 of 2024 announced the temporary suspension of trading on the shares of The National Bank of Ras Al Khaimah (RAKBANK). The suspension is due to coincide with the bank's AGM, scheduled for 10:00 on the 13th of June, 2024. Trading on RAKBANK shares will be suspended from this time until the ADX receives the AGM results. The resolution instructs all department heads in ADX to execute this decision in their respective fields and circulate the resolution to the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), the concerned company, all departments at ADX, and all brokers accredited by ADX. The resolution was approved by the authorized person and issued on 22/05/2024.

The National Bank of Ras Al Khaimah (P.S.C.) has invited its shareholders to a General Assembly Meeting on Thursday, 13th June 2024 at 10:00am. The meeting can be attended in person or virtually. The agenda includes authorizing the Chairman to appoint the meeting's Secretary and Vote Collector, issuing new regulatory capital securities to strengthen the Bank's capital adequacy ratio, undertaking any liability management exercise with respect to the issued securities, preparing and entering into necessary finance agreements, and authorizing the Board of Directors to determine the timing of the issuances and implement special resolutions adopted by the general assembly.

The National Bank of Ras Al-Khaimah (P.S.C) has called for a General Assembly meeting on 7th May 2024, post 3:00 pm. The purpose of the meeting is to seek shareholders' approval for the issuance of capital and/or debt instruments, subject to obtaining all necessary regulatory approvals.
