The National Bank of Ras Al Khaimah (P.S.C.) is accepting nominations for its Board of Directors from 15th to 24th January 2024. Interested shareholders can submit applications, including their resumes and desired membership capacity. The board will expand from seven to nine members, pending approval at the Annual General Assembly Meeting (AGM). Candidates must meet requirements according to Federal Law and the Bank's Articles of Association. After the nomination period, candidates cannot transfer their nomination to another person. All nominations require a No-Objection from the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates. The list of candidates will be published on the Bank's and ADX's websites two days before the AGM. Approved nominees will be voted on at the AGM. Applications must be submitted by 5:00pm UAE time on 24th January 2024.
