The Abu Dhabi National Company for Building Materials - BILDCO (PJSC) held its sixth board meeting for the year 2023 on November 14. During the meeting, the minutes of the fifth board meeting of 2023 were approved. The financial statements for the third quarter of 2023 were also approved.

Resolution No. (249) of 2023 addresses the temporary suspension of trading for the shares of Abu Dhabi National Co. for Building Materials. This decision is based on Article No. (16) of the Regulations Concerning the Listing of Securities on ADX. The suspension will take place from 09:30 on 14-Nov-2023, due to a coinciding board of directors meeting for the company. The suspension will last until the ADX receives the results of this meeting. All department heads in ADX are required to execute this resolution. The resolution will be circulated to the SCA, the company in question, all departments at ADX, and all brokers accredited by ADX. The resolution was approved by an authorized person and issued on 10/11/2023.
