The MBME Group, located in Villa A14, Marina Village, Abu Dhabi, has announced a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for 22nd December 2023. The meeting will be held at 3:00 pm to discuss and approve the budget for 2024 and the appointment of the board secretary. The information was disclosed by the MD & Group CEO, Abdelhadi Mohamed.

MBME Pay Payment Services Provider, a company of the MBME Group, has entered into an agreement with EITC Financial Services LLC (Du Pay), one of the two main telecom operators in the UAE. The agreement aims to enable Du Pay customers to benefit from the digital services provided by MBME to enhance their satisfaction and keep pace with the digital advancements. MBME Group P.J.S.C. has announced the appointment of Mrs. Briseida Sinaj as the new Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mrs. Sinaj holds a Master’s Degree in Finance Accounting and is a member of the CMA from the International Management Accounting organization. With 15 years of experience across various industries, she has a proven track record in improving financial performance and strategy. She will be working with the existing MBME Executive Management team to ensure the development of the company's plans and continuity of its engagements.

The agreement is aimed at developing an application for Ajman Museum tickets via smart kiosks. The Managing Director of MBME Group PJSC, Abdelhadi Mohamed, sent a letter to the Disclosure and Compliance Section of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange on 27th October 2023. The letter states that the company's Board of Directors held a meeting on 26th October 2023. During the meeting, they approved the new formation of committees and their charters. They also considered and approved resolutions concerning other general internal business matters.
