Sudatel Telecom Group Ltd. has announced that its Board of Directors will hold meeting No. 2/2024 on Monday, 13/05/2024, at 11:00 AM Sudan Time. The Board of Directors of Sudatel Telecom Group Ltd. held its regular meeting No. 1/2024 on Tuesday, 26/03/2024. They approved the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2023.

Resolution No. 343 of 2024 temporarily suspends trading of Sudatel Telecommunications Group Company Limited shares on the ADX. The suspension is due to a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for 13:00 on 26-Mar-2024, which coincides with the trading session at ADX. Trading will be suspended from 09:00 on 26-Mar-2024 until ADX receives the meeting results.
