Gulf General Investments Co. (P.S.C.) – Dubai (the “Parent Company”) is formed pursuant to Emiri Decree No. 2/73 dated July, 1973 and is incorporated as a Public Shareholding Company. The Parent Company operates in the United Arab Emirates under a trade license issued by the Department of Economic Development of the Government of Dubai. The “Group” comprises of Gulf General Investments Co. (P.S.C.) and its subsidiaries. The principal activities of the Parent Company are industrial holding and trust companies, commercial holding and trust companies, real estate agent, real estate development services, and general trading.
