(P.S.C) (“the Company”) is a Public Shareholding Company registered under UAE Federal Law No. (8) of 1984 as amended, in the Emirate of Dubai with effect from 12 September 2001. The company was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Liability Company, registered under UAE Federal Law No. (8) of 1984, as amended, in the Emirate of Dubai.
The Company underwrites all classes of life and general insurance business as well as certain reinsurance business in accordance with the provisions of the UAE Federal Law No. 6 of 2007 relating to establishment of insurance authority and UAE Federal Law No. 9 of 1984 relating to insurance companies and brokers.
