Resolution No. 368 of 2024 temporarily suspends trading on the shares of Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), in accordance with Article No. 16 of the Regulations Concerning the Listing of Securities on ADX. This suspension is due to the ADIB's AGM, scheduled for 12:00 on 24-Apr-2024, which coincides with the trading session at ADX. Therefore, trading in ADIB shares will be suspended from 09:00 on 24-Apr-2024 until ADX receives the AGM results. All heads of departments in ADX are required to execute this resolution in their respective fields. This resolution will be circulated to SCA, the concerned company, all departments at ADX, and all brokers accredited by ADX. The resolution was issued on 17/04/2024 and has been approved by the authorised person.

The 2023 annual report from ADIB marks their 25th anniversary, indicating that the year has been a successful one for the company.

The Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank PJSC has released its audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2023. The statements are awaiting approval from the Central Bank of UAE and adoption by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.
