The Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank PJSC has released its audited consolidated financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2023. These financial statements are pending approval from the Central Bank of the UAE and are to be adopted by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.

Resolution No. 264 of 2024 temporarily suspends trading on the shares of Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), as per article No. 16 of the Regulations Concerning the Listing of Securities on ADX. The suspension is due to a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for 14:00 on 23-Jan-2024, which coincides with the ADX trading session. Trading will be suspended from 09:00 on 23-Jan-2024 until the ADX receives the meeting results. All heads of departments in ADX are responsible for executing this resolution in their respective fields. The resolution will be circulated to the SCA, the concerned company, all departments at ADX, and all brokers accredited by ADX. The resolution was issued on 18/01/2024.

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) has arranged a AED 1 billion ($272 million) sustainable finance facility for Aldar Properties. The deal takes Aldar's total ESG financing to AED 4.8 billion ($1.3 billion) as it moves towards sustainable financing for projects and investments. The funds will be used for projects including green buildings, energy efficiency upgrades, sustainable water management, pollution control and renewable energy. The deal aligns with the UAE's Net Zero by 2050 strategy. ADIB is committed to supporting companies in adopting sustainable practices and has established a framework for determining the eligibility of projects for finance or refinancing.

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) has mandated Standard Chartered Bank, along with ADIB, Emirates NBD, First Abu Dhabi Bank, and Sharjah Islamic Bank to arrange a global investor call and a series of fixed income investor meetings. This is in preparation for the issuance of its inaugural Green Sukuk, subject to market conditions. The Green Sukuk offering will be dollar-denominated and will fall under ADIB’s recently published Sustainable Finance Framework. This move is part of ADIB's commitment to embedding ESG risk assessments into its operations.
